Candace Charee’ CEO of Effortless Manifesting LLC

What’s your backstory and how did you come up with the idea?

I began my professional journey into coaching back at the height of covid. I had always been the person everyone came to for advice. My father is a marriage and family PhD, so helping others has sort of been in my blood. I came from a background in the entertainment industry as a singer/songwriter and later a film/tv producer/writer. I think of being a coach as a performance, I always strive to be my best and do my best for my clients and audience. I was inspired by Neville Goddard, the father of Law of Assumption. I have studied over 300 hours of his work and consider myself an expert in his work. I take his very hard to understand teachings and break them down for others to understand in easy and applicable ways.

Describe the process of launching the business.

I started out with 2 partners but we had different business goals for the company and shortly parted ways as friends. I took over with 130 facebook group members and knew I needed to build authority and did so by going Live daily in my facebook for months. This built my brand effortlessly. I also got into tiktok early on and built there. My business grew greatly because of it. I have built this business on my own with one very part time employee. I now have 154k followers on tiktok and 9k members in my facebook group.

Since launch, what has worked to attract and retain customers?

The best thing has been showing up and caring deeply for my clients and followers. I believe connection is everything when it comes to business. If you want real and lasting clients, you must connect. I am an expert at this because I truly care about them and they all know it. I reply to all comments and questions. People know they are loved, so they have no desire to leave my tribe. 🙂

How are you doing today and what does the future look like?

Today business is great! I just filmed the dropping bombs podcast with Brad Lea who is a very well known CEO and influencer on social media. My future will include a worldwide transformational tour where I am doing live events with thousands of people attending, learning and growing. I desire to be the female “Tony Robbins.” I also have a reality show about manifestation in the very early development.

Through starting the business, have you learned anything particularly helpful or advantageous?

YES! Your network is your net worth. As a business owner, if you want to grow, its all about who you know and how you show up. My circle is expanding in a really wonderful way. Being around other successful people, helps you level up. It has been said that we are the sum of the 5 people we hang out with most, so choose wisely.

What platform/tools do you use for your business?

Tiktok, facebook, instagram, and my own virtual training platform.

What have been the most influential books, podcasts, or other resources?

Everything from Neville Goddard and I recently read Future Proofing You by Jay Samit. His book inspired a brand new multimillion dollar idea in my Niche that I know will change the manifestation community forever. I am super excited to launch this product.

Advice for other entrepreneurs who want to get started or are just starting out?

Create a healthy routine! Do not put the business above your self care. Take time for you first and fill your cup. With the excess, give. Don’t burn out by working 20 hour days to get ahead. You have to work smarter not harder.
