For Tammy Kim, motherhood is more than a role—it is a divine calling. It is a sacred gift from God that has redefined her identity, tested her limits, and revealed a depth of love she never imagined possible. At the heart of her experience lies both overwhelming joy and devastating loss—woven together by the unshakable thread of faith.

“Motherhood has humbled me,” Tammy shares. “It’s allowed me to experience unconditional love, as Jesus loved us.”

That love found its embodiment in her daughter, Adelynn. The moment Tammy became a mother, her heart expanded in ways words could hardly capture. Motherhood brought the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. It stretched her emotionally, spiritually, and physically, revealing both her greatest strengths and most vulnerable moments.

“It has brought the worst and best in me,” she says with honesty. “It’s the hardest and most challenging ‘job’ I have ever experienced.”

Yet, in every tear and every triumph, Tammy saw the fingerprints of something greater. She saw the reflection of divine grace—love in its most raw, sacrificial, and healing form.

Loving Through Imperfection

“To love and nurture, to be patient and humble, to teach what is right and wrong,” she reflects. “To pause and embrace my child. To always listen. To admit when I am wrong and ask for forgiveness.”

In those moments—the ones that test patience and summon vulnerability—Tammy finds clarity. The laughter of her children, the sparkle in their eyes, the lightness of their joy—these are the reminders that she is walking in purpose.

“The mom guilt tries to bring me down,” she says. “But I’m reminded of how beautiful it is to be a mom when I see my children smile.”

Tammy’s journey is also marked by profound loss. The devastating passing of her daughter Adelynn shook her world to its core. In the aftermath, grief wrapped itself around her heart, threatening to consume her.

But even in the darkness, Tammy found light. And that light came from her faith.

“After I devastatingly lost my daughter Adelynn, Jesus was the only one who helped me heal,” she shares. “I believe I would not be here today if it wasn’t for Him.”

Her faith became her lifeline—an anchor in the storm. Through it, she discovered that healing is possible, and even in sorrow, there can be peace. Tammy’s story is not just one of loss, but of resurrection—a testament to what it means to rise from heartbreak with grace and strength.

The Role of Mothers in Society

Tammy believes that motherhood carries a sacred responsibility, not only within the home but far beyond it. At its core, she sees motherhood as a divine channel for teaching love, faith, and compassion—qualities the world desperately needs.

“To bring a child up knowing God’s love,” she says, “so they may extend that love, compassion, and kindness to others.”

It is through the influence of mothers that the next generation learns to embody empathy. The lessons that begin at the dinner table or during bedtime prayers ripple outward—into schools, communities, and eventually the world.

A Message to Every Mother

Tammy carries a message forged in the fire of love and loss, rooted in her unshakable faith:

“Learn about Jesus. Give Him a chance. Allow Him to come into your life, and you will see amazing things happen in your life and around you.”

Her words are not a sermon—they are an invitation. An invitation to mothers who are hurting, searching, or simply holding on. Her journey is a living testament that healing is possible, and even in our darkest hour, hope can shine through.
