What followed was a series of shocking revelations. Investigators discovered that Altal had misused patient data, leveraging it to establish an unauthorized medical facility—Uniquera Clinic. Using the information he had gathered during his time at the prestigious clinic, Altal contacted former patients, misleading them into thinking that their treatments were still connected to a reputable institution.

Patients, trusting in Altal’s representation, were unknowingly lured into receiving medical procedures at Uniquera Clinic—a facility that operated without proper authorization and oversight. These procedures, offered at significantly reduced costs, were carried out by underqualified personnel, putting patient health at risk and raising concerns about the standards of medical care at the clinic.

The Role of Unqualified Staff

The scandal deepened with the involvement of Huseyin Acuz, an associate of Altal. Acuz is currently under investigation for allegedly holding a fake visa permit and falsely presenting himself as a certified trichologist at Uniquera. The presence of unqualified staff, such as Acuz, carrying out medical procedures has underscored the serious risks posed by Altal’s fraudulent scheme. Patients who sought care at Uniquera believed they were in the hands of certified professionals, only to find themselves treated by individuals lacking the necessary credentials.
